How UniDeal protected buying, selling, handover, and withdrawal works
Follow the exact live process below. New protected orders use one buyer-controlled Release Code to complete handover and make the seller earning withdrawable.
golden safety ruleThe buyer reveals the Release Code only after receiving and inspecting the correct item. A valid seller or authorized-agent entry completes the order and releases escrow immediately.
1
Payment secured
The buyer pays and UniDeal verifies and protects the money in escrow.
2
Seller accepted
The seller accepts the paid order only when the exact item can be provided.
3
Release Code
After receiving and inspecting the item, the buyer reveals one protected code.
4
Completed
The seller enters the code and the net earning becomes withdrawable immediately.
1
Find the right item and create a protected order
Buyer
Browse approved listings, inspect the photos and details, choose the correct option or quantity, then use UniDeal checkout. Keep payment and handover inside the platform.
Seller
Create an accurate listing with the correct price, stock, photos, condition, collection details, and delivery information. Never ask a buyer to pay outside UniDeal.
A protected order gives both parties one shared order page, timeline, chat, escrow record, and support trail.
2
Buyer pays and UniDeal secures the money
Buyer
Complete payment only through the protected checkout shown on the order page. After verification, the page will show Payment secured.
Seller
Wait until the order page shows that payment is verified and protected. Do not rely on screenshots, messages, or transfer promises.
The platform verifies and holds the payment in escrow. The seller accepts the paid order, not the payment itself.
3
Seller accepts or declines the paid order
Buyer
After payment, wait for the seller to accept. If the seller cannot provide the exact item, the seller can decline so the protected payment can be returned.
Seller
Use Accept Paid Order only when the exact item is available. Use Cannot Fulfil This Order when you cannot complete it; the buyer is refunded according to the protected-order rules.
Accepting confirms that the seller can fulfil the order. It does not release escrow.
4
Arrange a safe handover
Buyer
Use the protected chat and pickup or delivery schedule to agree on where and when the item will be handed over. Confirm schedule changes made by the other party.
Seller
Prepare the exact item. Item Ready is an optional notification. A seller may assign an active authorized delivery agent where that feature is available.
Item Ready and scheduling help both parties coordinate, but they do not release money or complete the order.
5
Buyer receives and inspects the item
Buyer
Check that the item, quantity, condition, accessories, and variant match the listing before revealing anything. If something is wrong, keep the code private and open a dispute.
Seller
Present the exact item and give the buyer enough time to inspect it. Never pressure the buyer to reveal the code before inspection.
The buyer remains protected while the Release Code is private and escrow has not been released.
6
Buyer reveals one Release Code
Buyer
On the protected order page, confirm that the item has been received and inspected. Complete any required password, PIN, or device check, then reveal the one-time Release Code.
Seller
Ask for the code only at the actual handover after inspection. Enter it only on the protected order page; an assigned delivery agent may enter it only for an order assigned to that agent.
Never send the Release Code early by chat, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or phone. UniDeal staff will never request it outside the protected order page.
7
Valid code completes the order immediately
Buyer
Successful code entry is your final handover authorization. The order becomes completed and ordinary buyer and seller reviews become available.
Seller
Enter the valid code once. The system marks it used, completes the order, releases the correct net escrow amount, and credits your available withdrawal balance.
There is no second buyer receipt-confirmation step for new Release Code orders.
8
Seller requests and receives a withdrawal
Buyer
No further payment action is needed after completion. Keep the receipt and use reviews or support where necessary.
Seller
Open Withdrawals, choose a verified bank account, enter an amount from your withdrawable balance, complete the withdrawal PIN check, and submit the request. The amount stays locked while the transfer is processed.
The administrator now processes a pending withdrawal directly as Paid after the external transfer, or Rejects it and returns the locked amount. A separate approval stage is not required.
9
Use disputes and support when something goes wrong
Buyer
Do not reveal the code when the item is missing, wrong, damaged, unsafe, or not as described. Open a dispute and provide clear evidence.
Seller
Use Buyer Not Responding when handover evidence exists but the buyer disappears or refuses to respond. Escrow remains held while the case is reviewed.
A dispute, fraud review, payout restriction, escrow hold, refund, cancellation, or completed order blocks inappropriate Release Code use.
Understand the seller money states
1. Escrow funds
The buyer has paid, but handover is not complete. The seller cannot withdraw this money yet.
2. Available withdrawal balance
The valid Release Code completed the order and credited the seller’s net earning.
3. Withdrawal processing
The seller submitted a bank withdrawal. That amount is locked until the admin records the transfer as Paid or rejects it and returns the money.
Legacy orders: Older orders that already reached the former pickup-code stage remain clearly labelled and may still require their historical final confirmation. This protects existing evidence and does not affect new Release Code orders.
